VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
FARMERS: Grow or raise fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, flowers, plants, maple syrup, or honey.
Insurance: Fulton Street Market must be listed as additionally insured ($500,000 minimum).
Documentation: Seed/feed receipts & state records for animal products.
Not accepting new vendors with meat, eggs, mushrooms, succulents, houseplants, or flowers.
FOOD PRODUCERS: Make value-added or prepared food products.
Insurance: Fulton Street Market listed as additionally insured ($500,000 minimum).
Licensing & Commercial Kitchen Use Required (No Cottage Food).
MDARD or local health dept. license required
Not accepting new baked goods, concessions, coffee.
ARTISANS: Handmade artwork and crafts.
All products must be handmade and sold by the creator
No edible/consumable items.
Very limited spots for: soap & body care, crochet, candles.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
All vendors must apply each season to remain eligible. Once approved, vendors can sign up for markets and events.
MAIN SEASON (May-October) - Applications available March-May, or until full.
Weekly Farmers Markets (Wed, Fri, Sat | 8 AM - 2 PM)
ART! at the Market (Second Sundays, June-October)
Main Season applications are closed as of June 1, 2025.
SECOND SEASON (November-April) - Applications available September-November, or until full.

RUMMAGE SALES
Fulton Street Market hosts three Rummage Sales per year during Main Season, in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.
These events are an eclectic blend of community garage sale, flea market, and thrift store all rolled into one. They feature a variety of second-hand, vintage, antique, refurbished, upcycled, and other used products.
We are looking for vendors that fit into one or more of these categories:
Household / Garage Sale - Second-hand clothing, furniture, toys, books, dishware, electronics, etc. from your household/garage.
Vintage Resale - Curated collections of vintage/second-hand clothing, accessories, and other items.
Antiques & Collectibles - Rare and unique items, collections of vinyl records, comic books, etc.
Upcycled / Natural Clothing & Products - Repurposed or upcycled clothing & products made from recycled materials, fabric scraps, natural dyes or fibers, etc.

Fulton Street Market proudly hosts two BIPOC Night Markets each summer, celebrating and showcasing Black, Indigenous, and People of Color-owned businesses. These events provide a welcoming space for new vendors to connect with the community while highlighting the rich diversity of local entrepreneurs.
Over the past four years, the BIPOC Night Markets have grown into some of our most anticipated events of the season. Featuring live music, a vibrant atmosphere, and a diverse selection of concessions, these markets are a must-visit summer experience!

We have Weekly Farmers Markets year-round open to farming and food vendors.
MAIN SEASON (May-October)
Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday from 8-2pm
All vendors must reapply each season. Applications are available
Main Season applications are open from March-May, or until full.
Second Season applications are open from September-November, or until full.
Applications have now closed for the 2025 Main Season (May 3 - October 25). Second Season (Nov-Apr) applications will open the first week of September.
Fulton Street Market hosts weekly, year-round farmers markets in two 6-month seasons:
Main Season (May - October) Wednesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM
Second Season (November - April) Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 PM
