Vendor Requirements

Review the Rules of Operations for complete participation details.

Farmers: Grow, raise, or produce fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, flowers, plants, maple syrup, or honey.

• Insurance: Fulton Street Market must be listed on a policy of at least $500,000 (not applicable for farmers with only inedible plants / flowers)

• Documentation: Seed and/or feed receipts & state records for animal products.

• Not accepting: new vendors with meat, eggs, mushrooms, succulents, houseplants, or flowers.

Food Creators: Make value-added food products or ready-to-eat food & drinks.

• Insurance: Fulton Street Market must be listed on a policy of at least $500,000

  License Required: MDARD or local Health Department

• Required: Commercial Kitchen Use (No Cottage Food)

  Not accepting: new baked goods, concessions, coffee.
