A gentle warm‑up and full‑body vinyasa designed to invigorate your mind and body.
Breath‑work and mindfulness cues to help you transition into the day.
A welcoming, supportive, trauma-sensitive atmosphere. We want you to feel comfortable here!
After class, stay and shop the Wednesday Farmers Market from 8am - 2pm. Grab seasonal produce, local artisan goods, coffee, or even lunch from one of our concessions vendors!
A few more details & tips:
Donation‑Based: Contributions (through cash, CashApp, or Venmo) suggested but never required. Give what feels right!
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and a light layer if you get chilly.
Weather Policy: Rain or shine, class moves under the plaza canopy if needed.
