Yoga at the Market!

Start your midweek market trip with a rejuvenating, community‑focused yoga flow led by the instructors of Grand Rapids Yoga Company! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this donation‑based, all‑levels class offers:

  • A gentle warm‑up and full‑body vinyasa designed to invigorate your mind and body

  • Breath‑work and mindfulness cues to help you transition into the day

  • A welcoming, supportive atmosphere. Please bring your own mat and water bottle!

After class, stay and shop the Wednesday Farmers Market from 8am - 2pm. Grab seasonal produce, local artisan goods, coffee, or even lunch from one of our concessions vendors!

FYI..

  • Donation‑Based: Contribution suggested but never required. Give what feels right!

  • What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and a light layer if you get chilly.

  • Weather Policy: Rain or shine, class moves under the plaza canopy if needed.
